【週末レポート】世界とつながる柔道稽古！】[Weekend Report] Connecting Through Judo

 先週末の横浜土曜柔道会には、なんと70名を超える柔道家が集まり、熱気あふれる稽古が行われました！

Last weekend, over 70 judo practitioners gathered at the Yokohama Saturday Judo Practice, creating an energetic and passionate training session!

中でも注目すべきは、イギリス・シンガポール・エストニアからの参加者。大阪万博の影響もあるのか、海外からの柔道愛好家が次々と道場に姿を見せてくれています。
One of the highlights was the participation of judoka from the UK, Singapore, and Estonia. Perhaps influenced by the upcoming Osaka Expo, more and more international judo enthusiasts are making their way to our dojo.

柔道で国境を越える瞬間に、道場全体が一体となって歓迎ムードに包まれました。
It was a truly special moment where judo transcended borders, and the dojo was filled with a spirit of warm welcome and unity.

４月、本格的な柔道シーズンが到来！

April Marks the Start of the Full Judo Season!

新年度に入り、いよいよ柔道のシーズンが本格スタート。
With the new academic year beginning, the judo season is now in full swing.

私たちの道場では、週に一度の稽古に集中して取り組むことを大切にしています。
At our dojo, we value the dedication to focused weekly practice.

たった一日の稽古でも、集中して継続することで技は確実に磨かれていく。
Even a single day of training, when done with focus and consistency, helps to refine one's technique.

まさに、「継続は力なり」。
Truly, "Consistency is power."
