動きが変わる瞬間に立ち会える喜び The Joy of Witnessing the Moment Their Movement Transforms 先週からスタートした中学校柔道部の指導サポーター活動。 元気いっぱいの中学生7名と共に、今週も熱い稽古ができました。 The judo coaching support program at the junior high school started last week. This week, I trained again with seven energetic and enthusiastic students. この日のメニューは、学校の先生が立ててくださったプランに沿って、基礎トレーニング、寝技、そして立技の稽古。 私はその中で、技の「質」を上げるサポートに徹しました。 The day's menu, planned by the school instructor, included basic conditioning, groundwork (ne-waza), and standing techniques (tachi-waza).
