ベトナム初遠征 ～柔道がつないだ国境を越える絆～ My First Judo Trip to Vietnam – Bonds Beyond Borders Through Judo 柔道衣をバッグに詰め込み、私は初めてベトナムの地を訪れました。 With my judogi packed in my bag, I set foot in Vietnam for the very first time. 今回の目的は、ホーチミン市工科大学柔道部とHAJIME道場との交流です。 The purpose of this trip was to exchange knowledge and friendship with the Judo Club of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Hajime Dojo. 日本では当たり前のように道場で稽古ができますが、大学では授業終了後に屋外のバスケットボールコートへマットを敷いて練習が行われていました。 In Japan, we usually practice in dedicated dojos, but at the university, students laid mats on an outdoor basketball court after classes to create their training space. マットを敷きコートから“道場”へ 夕暮れのキャンパスで、学生たちは自らマットを運び、準備を整え、真剣に柔道へ向き合っていました。 As the sun set over the campus, the students carried the mats themselves, prepared the training area, and devoted themselves seriously to judo. その姿を見た瞬間、私は大きな感動を覚えました。 The moment I saw them, I was deeply moved. 環境は違っても、柔道を愛する気持ちは日本の柔道家たちと全く変わりません。 Although the environment was different...
