輝け、未来の柔道王者へ！ 〜二年連続インターハイ出場の軌跡〜 Shine, to the future judo champion! ~Trajectory of participating in inter-high school for two consecutive years~

横浜土曜柔道会に通う選手が2年連続で県予選を勝ち抜き、インターハイ出場を決めました。

The member who practiced the Yokohama Saturday Judo Club won the prefectural preliminary round for the second year in a row and decided to participate in the all Japan Inter-high school Championship.

彼女は中学生の頃から、毎週親御さんに連れられて稽古に参加し、私たちと共に汗を流してきました。

When she was in junior high school, she has been taken by her parents to participate in Judo training every week and have been sweating with us.

中学生の小さな身体で大人たちとの厳しい稽古に挑む姿は、感慨深いものでした。

The appearance of her who challenged the tough practice with adults with the small body of a junior high school student was impressive.

学校の部活動での稽古に加え、毎週末の土曜会で得意技を磨き、高校に進学しました。

In addition to practicing in school club activities, she honed her skills at the Saturday Club Practice every weekend and went on to high school.

今週も60名の参加で盛り上がりました

彼女の努力は見事に実を結びました。

Her efforts have successfully borne fruit.

技に入る時の気持ち、研究する姿勢、実践する身体、そして柔道に対する情熱。これらすべてが揃って初めて勝利を手にできるのです。

The feeling when entering the technique, the attitude to Reseach, the body to practice, and the passion for judo. Only when all of these are together can we win the victory.

そして、彼女にはその全てが備わっていたのです。

And she had all of that.

私自身も高校生時代にインターハイ東京都予選に出場しましたが、ベスト16で敗退し、夢は叶いませんでした。

I myself participated in the Inter-High Tokyo Qualifier when I was in high school, but I was eliminated in the last 16 and my dream did not come true.

その悔しさを乗り越えて挑戦し続けることの大切さを、彼女の姿から改めて学ぶ事が出来ました。

I was able to learn again from her posture the importance of overcoming that frustration and continuing to challenge.

今年のインターハイは大分県で開催されます。

This year's Inter-High school Championship will be held in Oita Prefecture. 

8月の本大会まであと3ヶ月。この期間で彼はさらに成長し、頂点を目指していくことでしょう。

3 months left until the main tournament in August. During this period, she will grow further and aim for the top.

素直さを持ち続け、驕らずに一つ一つの技の精度を磨いてほしい。

I want her to continue to be honest and improve the accuracy of each technique without being arrogant.

日々の取り組みの大切さを忘れずに、大会まで駆け抜けていってほしいと願っています。

I hope her don't forget the importance of daily efforts and run through to the tournament.
