  横浜市中体連主催の柔道大会「横浜市中学校スプリングカップ」が、神奈川県立武道館で開催されました。 The Yokohama City Junior High School Judo Spring Cup, hosted by the Yokohama City Junior High School Athletic Federation, was held at the Kanagawa Prefectural Martial Arts Hall. 柔道シーズンの初戦にあたるこの大会。火曜・水曜・土曜に指導している生徒たちも出場するため、観戦と応援に行ってきました。 This tournament marked the first major event of the new judo season. I went to watch and cheer, as the students I coach on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays were competing. この大会には、中学校の柔道部と地域のクラブチームが参加。 This tournament welcomed both junior high school judo clubs and regional club teams. 一つのクラブから複数チーム（A、B、C…）で出場することもでき、男子は5人制、女子は3人制の団体戦形式。 Clubs with large numbers of students could participate with multiple teams (A, B, C, and so on).  昨年末から、Instagramのリール動画で「寝技研究会」を配信しています。 Since the end of last year, we’ve been sharing a series called "Ne-Waza Kenkyukai" (Groundwork Technique Study Group) via Instagram Reels. きっかけは、毎週火曜日に指導している布田塾での出来事。 It all began during my weekly Tuesday training sessions at the Nunoda Judo labo. 「動画があれば、塾生たちが繰り返し見て復習できるし、言葉で伝わりにくい動きも映像なら伝わるのでは？」 I thought, “If there were videos, the students could review them repeatedly, and movements that are hard to explain with words could be better understood visually.” そんな想いからスタートしたこの取り組みですが、思いのほか反響が大きく、当初500名ほどだったフォロワーは、わずか3ヶ月で3,600人超に！ With that thought in mind, I started uploading videos—and the response was overwhelming.  先週末の横浜土曜柔道会には、なんと 70名を超える柔道家 が集まり、熱気あふれる稽古が行われました！ Last weekend, over  70 judo practitioners  gathered at the Yokohama Saturday Judo Practice, creating an energetic and passionate training session! 中でも注目すべきは、 イギリス・シンガポール・エストニア からの参加者。大阪万博の影響もあるのか、海外からの柔道愛好家が次々と道場に姿を見せてくれています。 One of the highlights was the participation of judoka from the  UK, Singapore, and Estonia .
