  「柔道を、もう一度学び直したい」 そんな気持ちが芽生えたのは、ある日の稽古終わりの帰り道でした。 技術だけでなく、人としての在り方まで問われる柔道。 30年以上関わってきたこの道を、さらに深めたいという思いが、静かに、しかし確かに心に灯ったのです。 “I want to relearn judo from the beginning.” That thought quietly emerged on my way home after a regular training session. Judo demands more than technical skill—it asks who you are as a person. Having walked this path for over 30 years, I felt a deep desire to revisit and deepen my understanding of the art. A指導員への挑戦 The Challenge of Becoming an A-Class Instructor 全日本柔道連盟が定める「公認柔道指導者資格制度」の中でも、最も高いレベルの資格の一つが“A指導員”です。 この資格は、ただ教えるだけでなく、「指導者を育てる」ための専門的知識と高い指導力が求められます。 Among the certifications in the All Japan Judo Federation’s official instructor qualification system, the A-Class Instructor is among the highest. It is not merely about teaching techniques; it requires deep expertise and the ability to  train  other instructors. 柔道論、安全管理、指導者の倫理、柔道の科学…。 まるで大学の専門講義のような内容がびっしりと詰まった集合研修。 レポート提出に実技指導、講義でのディスカッション…。 決して簡単な道ではありませんでしたが、それがまた、柔道を“深く考える時間”を与えてくれ...
