効果的な帯取返しの極意 ～全日本柔道選手権から学ぶ～ The Essence of Effective Obi-Tori-Gaeshi – Lessons from the All Japan Judo Championship まだまだ先日の全日本柔道選手権の余韻が残っています。 The excitement from the recent All Japan Judo Championship still lingers. 前回の投稿でも試合データを取り上げましたが、全46試合中、技で勝敗が決したのは21試合。その中でも、特に印象的だったのが「帯取返（おびとりがえし）」の使い方でした。 As mentioned in my previous post, out of the 46 matches, 21 were decided by technique.   2025年度の布田塾は、「1,000本打ち込み」からスタートしました。 The 2025 season at Nunoda Judo Labo kicked off with “1,000 repetitions” drill. 「果たしてまた、みんな来てくれるだろうか…？」そんな不安もありました。 Honestly, I wondered, “Will everyone come back again this year?” でも、その不安はすぐに嬉しさへと変わりました。 But that worry quickly turned into joy. 元気な顔を見せてくれた子どもたち、そして社会人の皆さん。 The kids and adults alike showed up with their usual bright smiles. 変わらず道場に足を運んでくれる姿に、胸が熱くなりました。 Seeing them return to the dojo warmed my heart deeply. 反復から始まる、“自分の柔道” From Repetition Comes “Your Own Judo” 布田塾では昨年から「基本の徹底」をテーマにしてきました。 Since last year, Nunoda Judo Labo has focused on mastering the basics. 繰り返し、繰り返し、同じ技を反復する。 Over and over, we repeat the same technique. 派手さはない。でも、確かな力になると信じています。 It’s not flashy—but I believe it builds true strength. 今年からは火曜日の反復稽古を「一技」に絞って徹底します。 Starting this year, we dedicate Tuesday’s practice to a single technique. 「この技は自分のものだ」と言えるまで、やり続ける。 We repeat it until each student can say, “This technique is mine.” そこに、一本の道が生まれていきます。 That is how one’s ...

4月に、3年ぶりに聖地日本武道館での全日本選手権大会されました。 In April, for the first time in three years, the All Japan Championships were held  at the sacred Nippon Budokan. 故斎藤仁先生の次男、斉藤立選手が見事に優勝し感動の涙で終わりました。 Tatsuru Saito, the second son of the late Mr. Hitoshi Saito, won the championship,  which ended in tears of joy. そして、出場選手の素晴らしい戦いを友人達と一緒に観戦し、素晴らしい一日を 過ごす事が出来ました。 I was also able to spend a wonderful day with my friends watching the wonderful  battles of the contestants. 今年は、先日ご紹介した素敵なフランス人女子柔道家も我らと一緒に観戦。 This year, a lovely French female JUDOKA, whom I introduced to you the other day,  also watched the tournament with us. 終日、柔道の環境のフランスと日本の違いについてお話しました。 We spent the whole day talking about the differences between France and Japan  in terms of the judo environment. ＜フランス柔道と日本柔道の違い＞ ＜The differences between French judo and Japanese judo are as follows.＞ ①フランスでは対戦相手の組合せは前日の夜か当日の朝決める。 　In France, the pairings of opponents are decided the night before  　or the morning of the day of th...
