  中学校柔道部のサポーター指導もいよいよ4日目を迎えました。 This was the 4th day of my support coaching for the junior high school judo team. 今回は男子6名・女子3名が元気よく参加。ゴールデンウィークで1週お休みがあったため、2週間ぶりの稽古となりました。 Six boys and three girls joined today's practice with great energy. Since there was a one-week break during Golden Week, this was our first session in two weeks. これから始まる試合シーズンに向けて、「勝つためのワンポイントアドバイス」をテーマに、技術面と精神面の両面からアプローチしています。 As the competition season approaches, we focused on "key advice for winning matches" , addressing both technical skills and mental readiness. ▼ 本日の指導ポイント｜Today's Key Coaching Points ▪️【女子】寝技：帯取り返しの復習 　　[Girls] Newaza (ground techniques): Review of "Obitori-gaeshi" 四つん這いになった相手を返す基本技「帯取り返し」の形を確認しました。 We reviewed the basics of Obitori-gaeshi , a technique to turn over an opponent on all fours. 手順を丁寧に反復し、試合でも使えるよう実戦的な動きに。 We repeated the steps carefully and practiced with a focus on applying it in actual matches. ▪️【男子】立技：技の入り方を強化 　　[Boy...

  盛況な合同稽古 ◆ 中学柔道部が抱える“今”の課題 [The Current Challenges Facing Junior High School Judo Clubs] 近年、部活動の地域移行や顧問の負担増などにより、柔道部の存続が危ぶまれる中学校が増えています。 In recent years, many junior high school judo clubs have faced the risk of closure due to the shift of club activities to local communities and increasing burdens on school teachers. 今回私がサポートすることになった中学校も、例外ではありません。 The junior high school I’ve started supporting is no exception. この学校は、これまで 県大会で上位入賞を果たす実力校 。しかし、今年から顧問となった先生は 柔道未経験者 。 This school has achieved top rankings in the prefectural tournament, but the newly assigned coach this year has no experience in judo. 才能ある生徒たちが在籍しているにも関わらず、専門的な指導が受けられないという、非常に惜しい状況でした。 Despite having talented students, they were in a regrettable situation where they couldn’t receive professional instruction. ◆ “中学生の自分”と重ねた気持ち [Reflecting on My Own Junior High School Experience] 実は私自身も、中学校に柔道部がなかったため、町道場で週3回稽古を続けていました。 I, too, didn’t have a judo club in my junior high school, so I practiced three times a week at a loc...
