7月6日、私たちの道場に感動的な日が訪れました。
On July 6th, our dojo experienced an inspiring day.
スイスからは4つのクラブチーム、計16名のメンバーが、アメリカからは1名が初参加してくれたのです。
We were joined by four club teams from Switzerland, with a total of 16 members, and one participant from the United States who was joining us for the first time.
先週参加してくれたオーストリアの5名も引き続き来てくれ、合計22名の海外からの柔道愛好家が共に稽古し、汗を流しました。
Additionally, the five members from Austria who participated last week returned, bringing the total number of international judo enthusiasts training with us to 22.
この大勢の若手柔道家たちに対抗するために、神奈川大学柔道部や埼玉大学柔道部、そしてそのOBメンバーにも事前に声をかけ、多くの方々が集まってくれました。
To match the energy of these young judo practitioners from abroad, we reached out to the judo teams of Kanagawa University and Saitama University, along with their alumni members, and many joined us for the training.
その結果、元気いっぱいの柔道の稽古ができました。
As a result, we were able to have a vibrant and energetic judo practice session.
2024年度が始まり、早くも4ヶ月が経過しました。
It's been four months since the start of 2024.
この短い期間の間に、スロバキア、フランス、ポーランド、オーストリア、スイス、アメリカの6カ国、17のクラブチームから68名の柔道家が横浜に集まり、一緒に稽古を行う機会を持てました。
In this short period, we've had the opportunity to train with 68 judo practitioners from 17 club teams across six countries: Slovakia, France, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States, all gathering in Yokohama.
私たちの稽古は週に一度、土曜日のみです。
Our training sessions are held only once a week, on Saturdays.
SNSを通じて稽古の風景や内容を発信することで、世界中の柔道家に私たちの活動を知ってもらい、多くの方々が興味を持ち、実際に稽古に参加してくれるようになりました。
By sharing scenes and content from our practices on social media, we've managed to reach judo enthusiasts worldwide. This has led to many developing an interest in our activities and eventually joining our training sessions.
この新しい流れは、海外の柔道家にとっても刺激的なものですが、私たち自身も柔道を通じた出会いと学びにより、大きな刺激を受けています。
This new trend is stimulating not only for the international judo practitioners but also for us, as we are greatly inspired by the encounters and learning experiences facilitated through judo.
柔道を通じた国際交流をさらに進めることで、共に学び合い、刺激し合うことで、一人一人の人生に新しい扉を開いていく場を提供できればと考えています。
Moving forward, we aim to further promote international exchange through judo, fostering mutual learning and stimulation. We hope to create a place where each individual can open new doors in their lives.
円安など経済の影響も忘れてはならない重要な要素ですが、今の時代の潮流を理解しながら、適切に判断していきたいと思います。
While we must not forget the economic factors such as the impact of the weak yen, we strive to make appropriate decisions by understanding the current trends of our times.
