背中合わせから１５秒以内に抑え込む 火曜日の一般稽古では、いつも通り「打ち込みの反復練習」を中心に、基本を徹底しています。 As always, Tuesday's general practice focused on basic judo fundamentals with repetitive uchikomi (form practice). 今週は、直近の中体連合同練習会で学んだ「短時間で集中して技の反復練習を行う」というメニューを取り入れてみました。限られた時間の中でどれだけ密度の高い稽古ができるか──そのチャレンジでした。 This week, we introduced a training menu inspired by a recent junior high school judo joint practice session, focusing on “short bursts of concentrated technical repetition.” It was a challenge to see how intense a practice session could be in a limited time. ◾️少人数でも高密度の稽古を実現 High-Intensity Practice with a Small Group 参加者は中学生1名、社会人2名と少人数でしたが、寝技・立技ともに集中力とスピードを意識した稽古を展開。 We had just one junior high school student and two adult participants, but both newaza (groundwork) and tachiwaza (standing techniques) were practiced with great focus and speed. 寝技では、優位な体勢を取るための集中力と体力を試され、非常に充実した時間となりました。 In newaza, participants needed both concentration and stamina to secure dominant positions, making for a fulfillin...
