効果的な帯取返しの極意 ～全日本柔道選手権から学ぶ～ The Essence of Effective Obi-Tori-Gaeshi – Lessons from the All Japan Judo Championship まだまだ先日の全日本柔道選手権の余韻が残っています。 The excitement from the recent All Japan Judo Championship still lingers. 前回の投稿でも試合データを取り上げましたが、全46試合中、技で勝敗が決したのは21試合。その中でも、特に印象的だったのが「帯取返（おびとりがえし）」の使い方でした。 As mentioned in my previous post, out of the 46 matches, 21 were decided by technique.
