第36回 日神杯 横浜市柔道選手権大会 The 36th Nisshin Cup – Yokohama Judo Championship 11月3日（月・文化の日）、神奈川県立武道館にて、 「第36回 日神杯 横浜市柔道選手権大会」が開催されました。 On November 3rd (Culture Day), the 36th Nisshin Cup Yokohama Judo Championship was held at the Kanagawa Prefectural Martial Arts Hall. 出場カテゴリーは、中学生1〜3年生、一般無段、一級、初段、弐段、三段、四段、壮年の部と多岐にわたり、 年齢や実力を合わせて競い合う、見ごたえある大会となりました。 The categories ranged from junior high school students to non-dan, 1st kyu, 1st dan, up to 4th dan, and even the senior division. Athletes of all ages and skill levels competed, making this tournament highly competitive and exciting to watch. 実力伯仲の熱戦 Intense Matches with Even Skills 一試合ごとに、勝者が最後まで分からない展開が続き、 会場は大きな歓声と拍手に包まれました。 Each match was unpredictable until the final moments, filling the venue with cheers and applause. 応援が選手の力に Support That Empowered the Athletes 家族、所属の先生、道場の師範が駆けつけ、熱い声援を送る姿は、とても印象的でした。 試合に挑む選手たちは、日頃の稽古の成果を全力で畳の上にぶつけました。 Families, teachers, and dojo masters came to support their athlete...

こんにちは、皆さん！今回は山口県萩市ウエルネスパークで行われたJUDO YOKOHAMAワークショップについてお伝えします。 Hello everyone! In this blog post, I would like to share the highlights of the JUDO YOKOHAMA Workshop held at Wellness Park in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture. 参加メンバーの皆様と 山口県萩柔道協会様に企画頂き、山口県、広島県、佐賀県の３県から現役の中高生100名以上が集まって頂きました。試合前の緊張感のある現役メンバーへ刺激的な指導を進めた2日間でした。 Thanks to the collaboration with the Yamaguchi Judo Association, we were able to gather over 100 active junior and senior high school students from Yamaguchi, Hiroshima, and Saga prefectures. It was a thrilling two-day workshop where the participants received stimulating instructions from the active members, creating a sense of tension before the matches. このワークショップでは、インターハイ出場選手や全中出場メンバーも参加しました。実際の試合に勝つために必要な実践的な練習が進められ、現役選手たちは熱心に練習して頂きました。 The workshop saw the participation of Interhigh competitors and members who have competed in national championships. 「柔道愛好者の国際交流！ポーランド、オーストリア、アメリカの柔道家が横浜で合同練習」 "International Judo Exchange: Judo Enthusiasts from Poland, Austria, and the United States Gather in Yokohama"

本日、横浜国立大学柔道部との合同練習会にはポーランド、オーストリア、アメリカからそれぞれの柔道愛好家が集まりました。ポーランドからは25名、オーストリアからは2名、アメリカからは1名が参加。 Today, judo enthusiasts from Poland, Austria, and the United States gathered for a joint training session with the Yokohama National University Judo Team. There were 25 participants from Poland, 2 participants from Austria, and 1 participant from the United States. 練習終了後に皆んなで記念撮影 参加者は主にフレッシュな高校生。元気はつらつで素晴らしい練習を行うことができました。寝技や立技の乱取り、そして技の講習会なども交え、さまざまな要素を取り入れた充実した練習が行われ大粒の汗を流してくれました。 The participants were primarily energetic high school students. They showed great enthusiasm and were able to have a fantastic training session. 皆さん、こんにちは！今日は、NPO法人JUDO YOKOHAMAが横浜青葉台にある 小見川道場 と一緒に開催したワークショップについてお伝えします。 Hello, everyone! Today, I would like to share with you about the workshop held by the nonprofit organization JUDO YOKOHAMA with the Omigawa Dojo in Yokohama Aobadai.  青葉台　小見川道場でのJudo Yokohamaワークショップ このワークショップでは、中学生から一般社会人までの12名（そのうち1人はアメリカ人）が参加し、技の仕組みについて指導を受けました。 This workshop aimed to provide instruction on the mechanisms of judo techniques to a group of 12 participants, ranging from middle school students to working adults, including one participant from the United States.  また、アメリカから参加した高校生は、JudoYokohamaのYouTubeチャンネルを視聴して事前に準備をし、現場で直接ふれあいながら技の仕組みを理解する貴重な機会となりました。 The American high school student who joined us had been watching the JudoYokohama YouTube channel prior to attending the workshop, allowing them to gain a better understanding of the techniques as we interacted directly at the venue.
