柔道を通じて学ぶ、基本からの成長と魅力 "Learning Judo: Embracing Basics and Discovering its Charms"

皆さん、こんにちは！

Hello everyone!

4月から私は県の柔道連盟から柔道教室の師範を拝命しました。

Since April, I have been appointed as the instructor for a judo class by the prefectural judo federation.

毎週火曜日の夜、1時間半、その時間を通じて一般の皆様に柔道を教えることになりました。

Every Tuesday night, for an hour and a half, I will be teaching judo to members of the general public.

この教室では、私の指導方針として柔道の基本をしっかりと身に付けていただきたいと思っています。

Through this class, I aim to instill the fundamentals of judo firmly in the minds of our participants.

指導の方針は明確です。毎週の指導を通じて、寝技や立技の基本を反復練習し、技の基本を確実に身につけて頂きます。

My teaching philosophy is clear: through weekly sessions, we will focus on repetitive practice of groundwork and standing techniques, ensuring a solid foundation in the art of judo.

そして、その成果を所属の練習で実感し、試合で実践することで柔道の魅力を感じていただきたいと考えています。

By experiencing the results of this practice in our regular training sessions and applying them in competitions, I hope to convey the allure of judo to all who participate.

平日で人数が少ないですが、基本をしっかりと指導致します。

柔道教室には、1年間通っていただくことをお勧めします。

I encourage everyone to join our judo class for a year-long journey. 

その間に、基本を学び、柔道の素晴らしさを味わって頂きたいと思います。

During this time, you will learn the basics and appreciate the beauty of judo. 

そして、その学びを通じて、柔道の修行を継続していただくことで、一人でも多くの柔道愛好家を増やしていきたいと考えています。

Through continued dedication to judo practice, I hope to cultivate a growing community of judo enthusiasts.

柔道は技術だけでなく、精神面でも成長する貴重な経験です。

Judo offers not only technical skills but also valuable opportunities for personal growth, both physically and mentally.

火曜日の柔道教室は以下のとおりです。

The judo class schedule for Tuesdays is as follows

開催　毎週火曜日１８時半〜２０時　Every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

場所　神奈川県立武道館柔道場　Location: Kanagawa Prefectural Budokan Judo Hall

会費　２００円　Participation fee: ¥200 (insurance enrollment required)

保険　お一人１，８５０円　Individual fee: ¥1,850

　　　中学生以下は８００円　Middle school students and below: ¥800
