YouTubeの開始
2020年7月にYouTube配信を本格的に開始しました。横浜土曜柔道会の代表として活動を世界に広げたいと思い、知らせるために配信をスタートしました。開始以降、多くの参加メンバーにご協力いただきました。
YouTube Start
In July 2020, we officially began YouTube streaming. As the representative of the Yokohama Saturday Judo Club, I wanted to expand our activities and share them with the world, so I started streaming to spread theう word. Since then, we have received tremendous support from many participating members.

緊急事態宣言と配信の危機
2021年1月、緊急事態宣言が発令された時は、動画の配信も危ぶまれました。しかし、その一年前に大学柔道部の納会時に収録した動画を編集し、試しに配信したところ、大好評をいただき継続配信を決めました。継続することは本当に厳しい時もありましたが、毎週日曜日の18時に配信することを心に決め、約2年半にわたって配信を続けました。
State of Emergency and the Crisis of Streaming
In January 2021, when a state of emergency was declared, there were concerns about the continuity of our video streaming. However, a year earlier, we edited and released a video recorded during our university's Judo Club year-end gathering as an experiment. The video received a great response, which encouraged us to continue streaming. Despite facing challenging times, we made the commitment to stream every Sunday at 6 p.m., and we have continued for approximately two and a half years.

登録者数の達成と感謝の気持ち
本日、JudoYokohamaチャンネルの登録者数が17,000人を超えました。この結果は、500人登録頂いた時の気持ちを忘れずに継続した結果だと思います。一人一人のチャンネル登録に感謝の気持ちを忘れずに撮影と編集を続けてきたことが、このような成果をもたらしました。多くの皆様の協力のおかげで本日を迎えることができました。登録頂いた皆様への感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、これからも継続していきたいと思います。
Achievement of Subscriber Count and Gratitude
Today, the JudoYokohama channel has surpassed 17,000 subscribers. I believe this achievement is a result of our perseverance, never forgetting the feeling we had when we reached 500 subscribers. We have kept expressing our gratitude in every video, and this has led to such significant progress. We are grateful to all those who have supported us, and we will continue expressing our gratitude and strive for continuity.

2023年4月にはNPO法人JUDO YOKOHAMAを設立しました。NPO法人の運営を進め、横浜土曜柔道会の活動をさらに発展させていきたいと考えています。
Establishment of NPO JUDO YOKOHAMA
In April 2023, we established the nonprofit organization JUDO YOKOHAMA. We aim to further develop the activities of the Yokohama Saturday Judo Club through the operation of this nonprofit organization.

YouTubeチャンネルJudoYokohamaの登録目標は10万人です。2023年内にこの目標を達成することを目指しています。達成するためには、視聴者の皆さんの声に耳を傾け、動画の質を向上させて配信していきたいと思っています。
Channel Subscription Goal and Future Outlook
Our goal for the JudoYokohama YouTube channel is to achieve 100,000 subscribers. We are determined to reach this milestone within 2023. To achieve this, we are committed to listening to the voices of our viewers and improving the quality of our videos for better streaming. We will continue to make efforts for further improvement.
