皆さん、こんにちは！今日は、NPO法人JUDO YOKOHAMAが横浜青葉台にある小見川道場と一緒に開催したワークショップについてお伝えします。
Hello, everyone! Today, I would like to share with you about the workshop held by the nonprofit organization JUDO YOKOHAMA with the Omigawa Dojo in Yokohama Aobadai.

| 青葉台 小見川道場でのJudo Yokohamaワークショップ |
このワークショップでは、中学生から一般社会人までの12名（そのうち1人はアメリカ人）が参加し、技の仕組みについて指導を受けました。
This workshop aimed to provide instruction on the mechanisms of judo techniques to a group of 12 participants, ranging from middle school students to working adults, including one participant from the United States.
また、アメリカから参加した高校生は、JudoYokohamaのYouTubeチャンネルを視聴して事前に準備をし、現場で直接ふれあいながら技の仕組みを理解する貴重な機会となりました。
The American high school student who joined us had been watching the JudoYokohama YouTube channel prior to attending the workshop, allowing them to gain a better understanding of the techniques as we interacted directly at the venue.
JUDO YOKOHAMAは、横浜を拠点に柔道の普及と国際交流を促進するために設立されたNPO法人です。
JUDO YOKOHAMA is a nonprofit organization established to promote the spread of judo and international exchange, with its base in Yokohama.
このワークショップは、その活動の一環として開催されました。
This workshop was conducted as part of their activities.

| 技のタイミングについて指導 |
参加者の中には柔道経験者もいれば初心者もいましたが、皆が共通して持つのは、柔道への情熱と学びたいという意欲です。
The participants varied in their level of judo experience, with some being experienced practitioners while others were beginners. However, they all shared a common passion for judo and a strong willingness to learn.
ワークショップでは、JUDO YOKOHAMAのインストラクター田中先生が、柔道の技の仕組みについて丁寧に解説しました。
During the workshop, skilled instructors Mr.TANAKA from JUDO YOKOHAMA provided thorough explanations of the mechanisms behind judo techniques.
参加者たちは、デモンストレーションを通じて実際の技の応用方法や基本原理を学びました。
The participants learned the practical application and fundamental principles of the techniques through demonstrations.
特に、アメリカから参加した高校生は、日本の柔道文化に触れることで、新たな視点から柔道を学ぶことができました。
In particular, the American high school student who joined us from the United States had the opportunity to learn judo from a fresh perspective by experiencing Japanese judo culture firsthand.
ワークショップの中で、参加者同士は交流を深め、友情を育みました。
Throughout the workshop, the participants bonded and fostered friendships.
異なる国や文化からの参加者が一堂に会し、柔道を通じて意見交換をする様子は、本当に素晴らしかったです。
The gathering of participants from different countries and cultures, engaging in exchanges of ideas through judo, was truly remarkable.
柔道は、言葉を超えたコミュニケーションの手段となり、参加者たちはお互いに尊重し合いながら学び合いました。
Judo served as a means of communication beyond words, and the participants learned from each other while respecting one another.
また、アメリカから参加した高校生が事前にJUDO YOKOHAMAのYouTubeチャンネルを視聴してきたことは非常に意義深いものでした。
Furthermore, it was highly meaningful that the American high school student had watched JUDO YOKOHAMA's YouTube channel prior to their participation.
YouTubeを通じて技の映像を見ることで、彼らは基礎的な知識を得るとともに、より具体的な質問や理解を深めることができました。
By viewing technique videos online, they were able to acquire foundational knowledge and deepen their understanding by asking more specific questions.
このようなオンラインリソースを活用することで、柔道の普及活動がより効果的になっていることを実感しました。
This utilization of online resources has proven to enhance the effectiveness of judo outreach activities.
JUDO YOKOHAMAは、今後もこのような機会を提供し続けたいと考えています。
JUDO YOKOHAMA intends to continue providing such opportunities in the future.
柔道を通じた国際交流は、異文化間の理解を深め、友好関係を築く上で重要な役割を果たします。
International exchange through judo plays a crucial role in deepening cross-cultural understanding and fostering friendly relationships.
私たちは、柔道の技術や精神を広く普及させることで、人々が互いに尊重し合い、共に成長する社会を創りたいと願っています。
We aspire to create a society where people respect one another and grow together by widely promoting judo techniques and values.
