■組み手 Kumite
柔道には右組、左組と左右の組み手があります。
In Judo, there are right and left Kumite, or left and right hand Kumite.
互いに釣手を右手で持つ右相四つ
Right-against-left Kumite is right-against-left Kumite with the right hand holding the right Tsuri-te
釣手を左手で持つ左相四つ
Left Ai-Yotsu with the left hand holding a Tsuri-Te with the left hand
釣り手が片方が左、相手が右の場合はケンカ四つと言われる組み手
When one of the Tsuri-te is on the left and the other hand is on the right, the pairing is called Kenka-yotsu .

『右組なんで左組の動画は今ひとつピンとこない。右組の動画にしてくれへんかぁ〜‼️』
“I’m a right-handed player, so the Left-Kumite videos don't really hit the spot for me. Please make it a video of the Right Kumite.”
全国高段者大会に出場している六段の猛者の視聴者からご要望が来ました‼️
We️ received a request from a viewer who is a fierce 6-dan player participating in a National tournament for High dan players.
『はっ、ハイ‼️頑張ります🙇♂️』と元気良く返事
I replied cheerfully, "Haha, hi‼️I'll do my best 🙇♂️".
ところが頭の中は『どうやって編集すれば良いのかなぁ？？？？』
However, in my head, I was thinking, 'I wonder how I should edit ？？？？'
編集方法を後でじっくりと調べて学んでから対応しよう！と棚上げしていました。
I'll take the time to research and learn how to edit it later before I deal with it! I had shelved it.
そして数ヶ月後、『右組の動画で説明して欲しい〜』と同様なリクエストがコメント欄に‼️
A few months later, I️ received a similar request in the comments section: "I️ want you to explain it in a right-sided video.
毎週末、稽古&動画撮影後の反省会で「どうやって対応しよう？」と打合せ。
Every weekend, after practice and video recording, we had a meeting to discuss "How should we respond to this? and meeting.
『まずは右組で出来る動きやってみて、時間かかるが一緒に撮ってみましょう』と器用な後輩から回答頂け、第一弾の対応と決定。
The dexterous junior staff member responded, "First, let's try a move that can be done with the Right Kumite, and then let's take a picture together, although it will take some time.

数本の動画を公開。
Several videos were published.
しかし、編集アプリ(iMovie)でリアルな左右対称のシーンをなんとか出来ないものか？と探してみると。。。
But can't you do something about realistic symmetrical scenes in the editing app (iMovie)? I looked for....
あるじゃないですか「反転」ボタン‼️
There is a "Invert" button!
果たしてどんな感じか？と恐る恐るボタンを押すとメッチャ簡単に反転🪃
How would it look like? I was afraid to press the button and it was very easy to invert the image.
技の説明ポイントのシーンをコピペ。
Copy and paste the scene of the explanation point of the technique.

その動画をクリックして反転‼️

とっても簡単に反転動画を編集出来ました☝️
I was able to edit the inverted video very easily ☝️.
動画編集の考え方として、「左右交互に動きを示す事で多くの皆様の理解を深める‼️」と致しました。
The idea behind the video editing was to "deepen the understanding of many people by showing the movement alternately on the left and right side of the ministry️".
こんな背景で動画に反転動画をスタートさせることになりました。
With this background, we decided to start inverted videos.
■左右組み手の理解の違い
Differences in understanding of left-right kumite
活動を通じてわかった事。
What we have learned through our activities.
右組の方は点対称、左組の方は線対称でモノを観察し理解していると言う事。
The right Kumite observes and understands things in point symmetry, while the left Kumite observes and understands things in line symmetry.
左組み動画がピンとこないと伝えて来た方は全て右組。
All those who came to us saying that the Left-Kumite video did not fit their understanding were all Right-Kumite.
左組の方に右組の動画はピンとこない？と聴いてみるとほとんどが頭の中で
反転して理解していました。
When I asked the Left-Kumite people if the Right-Kumite videos didn't feel right to them, most of them said that they understood them in a reversed way in their minds. When I asked them, most of them understood it by reversing it in their mind.
頭の中で反転とは線対称で画像認識して動作を理解していると言う事。
Inverted in the mind means that they understand the movement by recognizing the image with line symmetry.
そうです！右組は点対称、左組は線対称で画像認識をしているのです！
That's right! The Right Kumite is recognizing images with point symmetry and the Left Kumite is recognizing images with line symmetry!
YouTubeと言う新しい活動でこの様な新しい面白い事を発見し「学びの扉」がまた一つ開きました☝️
I discovered such a new and interesting thing in this new activity called YouTube and opened another "door of learning" ☝️.
