Secret Hot Spring - Korean Drama

柔道のお話じゃありません笑

I'm not talking about judo (laughs).

今週は会社の制度を利用して５日間の連続休暇を取得中です。

This week I am taking 5 consecutive days off under the company's program.

土日と３連休を入れるとなんと１０連休。

If you include Saturday, Sunday, and three consecutive holidays, it is a whopping 10 consecutive holidays.

土曜日は柔道なのでせっかくだから平日くらい仕事を忘れよう！と秘湯へ。

Judo on Saturdays, so let's forget about work on weekdays! and went to a secluded hot spring.

これまで「源泉掛け流し」という言葉の意味も詳しく知りませんでした。

Until now, I did not even know in detail what the term "fountainhead sink" meant.

「源泉掛け流し」とは「湧き出たままの成分を損なわない源泉が、新鮮な状態で浴槽を満たしているもの」なんですね。

The term "fountainhead free-flowing hot-spring water" means that the bathtub is filled with fresh water from the fountainhead, which has not lost any of its original composition.

今回の旅館は「源泉掛け流しの秘湯」

The ryokan this time is a "hidden hot spring with free-flowing hot-spring water."

熱さもあり、長風呂は出来ませんでしたが身体の芯まで温まるという事を経験しました。

Although it was too hot to take a long bath, I experienced that it warmed my body to the core.

コロナ禍もあり宿泊者は私一人。

I was the only one staying there, partly due to the Corona disaster.

テレビもない部屋で一人宿泊。静かな時間が過ごせました。

Stayed alone in a room with no TV. I had a quiet time.

旅館を探索してみると、なっなんと韓流ドラマの撮影をしている旅館じゃありませんか！！

I explored the ryokan, and to my surprise, I found that it was a ryokan where a Korean drama was being filmed!

韓流好きの方に伺うと人気ドラマとか。

I heard from a Korean style lovers that it is a popular drama.

見た事ないし、知らんけど。

I've never seen it, and I don't know.
