3rd Vaccination


新型コロナウイルスワクチンの3回目の接種が終わりました。

The third dose of the new coronavirus vaccine has been administered.


昨年、夏に打った2回目は翌日、副反応で少しフラフラした事もあり、少し憂鬱です。

I am a little depressed because the second shot I had last summer made me a little dizzy the next day due to an adverse reaction.


明日の土曜柔道会がお休みなのでちょうど良いタイミング。

Just in time, since the Saturday Judo Club is closed tomorrow.


この土日は柔道なし、筋トレなしで完全休養！

No judo & No workout on this weekend, complete rest!


身体をリフレッシュする良い機会だと思いJudoYokohamaの編集に没頭します。

I will take this opportunity to refresh my body and immerse myself in editing JudoYokohama.


3回目の今日は、横浜の集団接種会場。

The third one, today, is a mass vaccination site in Yokohama.


モデルナ３回目で少し憂鬱になりながらも、天気も良くちょっと観光気分を味わえました。

The weather was beautiful and I felt a bit like a tourist, even though I was a bit depressed for the third time in Modela.



来週の稽古に向けて、体調整えます！

I'll be in shape for next week's practice!


そして今日から北京パラ五輪が始まります。

And today the Beijing Para Olympics begin.


ただただ世界平和を祈ります。

I just pray for world peace.




追伸　

午前中に接種だったので元気をつける為に地獄の担々麺「ニンニクマシ」「マヨネーズマシ」です笑

I was inoculated in the morning, so to cheer myself up, I had hell tantanmen "garlic mashi" and "mayonnaise mashi" (^^;

年初から結構ぶっ飛ばして活動してきましたが8月〜すっかりBlogをお休みしてしまいました。 I have been active since the beginning of the year, but I took a break from blogging in August. 備忘録も兼ね、活動報告をさせて頂こうかと思います。 I would like to report on our activities as a reminder. 【再会】Reunion 〜8月August〜 コロナがようやく５類と落ち着き、インバウンドで日本中に外国人が溢れかえっていた夏でしたね。 It was a summer when Corona finally settled down to the 5th class, and Japan was flooded with foreigners due to inbound tourism. ８月は、高校時代の柔道ドイツ遠征以来４０年間の長きにわたり家族ぐるみでお付き合いしていた親友がドイツから友人2人を連れ我が家に来て再会する事が出来ました。 In August, my best friend, who has been my family friend for 40 years since our high school judo expedition to Germany, came to our house with two friends from Germany and we were able to meet again. 新橋で美味しい料理を舌鼓 柔道で知り合い、そして家族ぐるみで交流が続いているとっても大切な関係です。 We have known each other through judo and have continued to keep in touch with each other as a family. 二人の素晴らしい出会いが、我が家の家族全員の「刺激」となり、子供達の「学び」となっている事はとっても嬉しい事です。 I am very happy that this wonderful encounter between these two friends has been an insp

皆さん、こんにちは！私たち横浜土曜柔道会のメンバーは、この度大きな進化を遂げることとなりました。 Hello everyone! The members of Yokohama Saturday Judo Club have recently undergone a significant transformation. 35年間超にわたって任意団体として活動してきましたが、今回NPO法人JUDO YOKOHAMAとして新たな一歩を踏み出すことになりました。 Although we have operated as an informal group for the past 35 years over, we have now taken a new step forward as the non-profit organization JUDO YOKOHAMA.  柔道の普及と発展に向けて、より大きな力を持つためです。 This change is driven by our commitment to promote and advance judo. 輝け、未来の柔道王者へ！ 〜二年連続インターハイ出場の軌跡〜 Shine, to the future judo champion! ~Trajectory of participating in inter-high school for two consecutive years~

横浜土曜柔道会に通う選手が2年連続で県予選を勝ち抜き、インターハイ出場を決めました。 The member who practiced the Yokohama Saturday Judo Club won the prefectural preliminary round for the second year in a row and decided to participate in the all Japan Inter-high school Championship. 彼女は中学生の頃から、毎週親御さんに連れられて稽古に参加し、私たちと共に汗を流してきました。 When she was in junior high school, she has been taken by her parents to participate in Judo training every week and have been sweating with us. 中学生の小さな身体で大人たちとの厳しい稽古に挑む姿は、感慨深いものでした。 The appearance of her who challenged the tough practice with adults with the small body of a junior high school student was impressive. 学校の部活動での稽古に加え、毎週末の土曜会で得意技を磨き、高校に進学しました。 In addition to practicing in school club activities, she honed her skills at the Saturday Club Practice every weekend and went on to high school. 今週も60名の参加で盛り上がりました 彼女の努力は見事に実を結びました。 Her efforts have successfully borne fruit. 技に入る時の気持ち、研究する姿勢、実践する身体、そして柔道に対する情熱。これらすべてが揃って初めて勝利を手にできるのです。 The feeling when entering the technique, the attitude to Reseac
