そんな中で、今回の男一人旅の当初案は『行った事がない県への訪問』。
In this context, the initial idea for this solo male trip was "to visit a prefecture I have never been to before.
第一候補は長崎。第二候補は高知。第三候補が宮崎という感じでした。

色々と思案していると、ふと『旅の目的はリフレッシュ！』脳裏をかすめたのです。

わざわざ連続して休みなさいと言っている会社の狙いは『心身ともにリフレッシュする事』
The company's goal in asking you to take consecutive days off is to "refresh your body and mind.
俄に頭に浮かんできた言葉は「温泉」！！！
The word that suddenly popped into my head was "hot springs!"
思っていた以上に温泉旅行などした経験がないかもしれない！？
I may not have had as much experience traveling to hot springs as I thought I did!
『温泉でのんびり過ごし、徹底的にリフレッシュしちゃおう！』という企画になりました。
Let's spend a relaxing time at the hot springs and thoroughly refresh ourselves!" This was the plan of the project.
という感じで企画立案したのが今回の男一人旅リフレッシュ休暇ツアー。
That is how I planned and drafted this one-man refreshment vacation tour.

After going to Kakunodate Buke Yashiki and eating the famous Inaniwa Udon, we went to "Ogama Onsen" in Nyuto Onsenkyo.
源泉掛け流しで雪景色を見ながら入る露天風呂はまさに「癒しの空間」でした。

Yesterday, the last day of my festival, I went to "Tsuru no Yu," the most popular hidden hot spring in Nyuto Onsenkyo.

坂上田村麻呂将軍にその薬効が認められた名湯だそうです。

いささか弾丸ツアーでしたが十分に満喫しリフレッシュできた二泊三日の男一人旅でした。
It was a somewhat bullet tour, but I was able to fully enjoy and refresh myself on this three-day, two-night trip by myself.
