皆さん、こんにちは！今回は私が大切な先生と過ごす定例懇親会についてお話しします。 Hello, everyone! Today, I would like to share with you about the regular gathering I have with my esteemed instructor to celebrate our sixth-dan promotions. 約8年前、私たち二人は神奈川県立武道館で六段昇段に向けて「講道館護身術の形」を受験。 About 8 years ago, the two of us took the examination for the "Kodokan Judo Self-Defense Forms" at the Kanagawa Prefectural Martial Arts Hall, aiming for the sixth-dan promotion. その時、二人は初めて出会いました。先生も同じ六段を目指していて、互いに励まし合いながら関東六段審査会に向けて練習を進めました。 That's when we first met. The instructor and I were both aspiring for the same sixth-dan rank, and we supported each other while practicing for the Kanto Sixth-Dan Examination. そしてとうとう、私たちは関東六段審査会の「講道館護身術の形」演武に挑戦。 何と、先生は会長からお褒めの言葉を頂き、私たちは二人で歓喜。 その日の帰路、二人で初めて祝杯を交わすことができました。あの日の喜びと感動は今でも鮮明に覚えています。 Finally, the day came when we challenged the "Kodokan Judo Self-Defense Forms" demonstration at the Kanto Sixth-Dan Examination. 皆さん、こんにちは！今回は、私たちの初めて海外遠征となった米国シアトル遠征についてお伝えします。 Hello everyone! In this post, I'd like to share our exciting experience from our first overseas expedition to Seattle, USA. 7月27日から8月4日まで、私たちは NPO法人ワシントン柔道アカデミー （以下WJA）にお招き頂き、幼児から一般の方々まで幅広い年代の柔道愛好家の皆様にワークショップを開催させて頂く事が出来ました。 From July 27th to August 4th, we had the honor of being invited by the non-profit organization, Washington Judo Academy (WJA), to conduct judo workshops for a diverse range of participants, from children to adults. WJA最後の練習にて この素晴らしい交流のきっかけは、米国で私たちの YouTubeチャンネルJudoYokohama を毎週ご覧頂いていたWJAコーチが今年の6月に 横浜土曜柔道会 の練習を視察頂いた事から始まりました。 The foundation for this remarkable exchange was laid when a coach from WJA had been following our YouTube channel, JudoYokohama, based in Yokohama, Japan. This coach visited our training session at Yokohama Saturday Judo Club in June.  視察後、WJAから正式にオファーをいただき、夢の遠征が実現しました。 Following this observation, we were officially offered the opportunity, and our dream expedition became a reality. ご招待頂いたWJ

アメリカのNakano Judo Academyと小見川道場との合同練習会が國學院大学柔道場で開催されました。 A joint training session between Nakano Judo Academy and Omigawa Dojo in the U.S. was held at Kokugakuin University Judo Hall. NakanoJudoAcademy＆小見川道場＆JUDO YOKOHAMA Nakano Judo Academyはカリフォルニア州サンノゼに位置する優れた道場で、今回は小見川先生のお誘いにより、私たちJUDO YOKOHAMAも参加させて頂く事ができました。 Nakano Judo Academy is an excellent dojo located in San Jose, California, and we, JUDO YOKOHAMA, were invited by Omigawa Sensei to participate this time. イタリアからのメンバーも参加し、さまざまな国から柔道愛好者が一堂に会しました。酷暑の中、世界中の老若男女が揃い、立技の乱取りそして技の講習会も行われました。 Judo enthusiasts from various countries gathered in one place, including members from Italy. In the extreme heat of the summer, men and women of all ages from all over the world gathered to participate in the TACHIWAZA and technique training sessions. 特に技の講習会では、全日本トップクラスの先生方から丁寧に立技そして寝技の指導を頂きました。大変価値ある貴重な講習会で、私たちは新たな技術や貴重な技の知識を得ることができました。 In particular, top-class instructors from all over Japan gave us detailed instruction in TACHIWAZA and NEWAZA. 皆さん、こんにちは！JudoYokohamaのブログへようこそ。今週は横浜土曜柔道会と横浜国立大学柔道部との合同練習会に、フランス、イタリア、オーストリアからたくさんの柔道愛好家が参加してくれました！ Hello, everyone! Welcome to the JudoYokohama blog. This week, we had an incredible joint training camp with the Yokohama Saturday Judo Club and the Judo Club of Yokohama National University, with participants joining us from France, Italy, and Austria! フランス、イタリア、オーストリアの皆様と記念撮影 私たちの活動はYouTubeを通じて広がり、海外の柔道家たちにも知られるようになりました。その結果、イタリアとオーストリアからはプライベートで来日いただき、柔道衣を持参して私たちの練習に参加してくれたのです。彼らの技術と情熱に触れることができ、本当に感激しました。 Our activities have gained recognition through YouTube, reaching judo enthusiasts around the world. As a result, we had the privilege of hosting passionate judoka from Italy and Austria who visited Japan privately, bringing their judogi to join our training sessions. It was truly inspiring to experience their skills and dedication firsthand. イタリアから来日したばかりのご夫婦 特に嬉しかったのは、以前一度来てくれた皆さんが再び練習に参加してくれたことです。国境を超えてお互いにつながりを持つことができ、柔道を通じた交流の素晴らしさを実感しました。 What made this joint training camp
