本日、横浜国立大学柔道部との合同練習会にはポーランド、オーストリア、アメリカからそれぞれの柔道愛好家が集まりました。ポーランドからは25名、オーストリアからは2名、アメリカからは1名が参加。
Today, judo enthusiasts from Poland, Austria, and the United States gathered for a joint training session with the Yokohama National University Judo Team. There were 25 participants from Poland, 2 participants from Austria, and 1 participant from the United States.

参加者は主にフレッシュな高校生。元気はつらつで素晴らしい練習を行うことができました。寝技や立技の乱取り、そして技の講習会なども交え、さまざまな要素を取り入れた充実した練習が行われ大粒の汗を流してくれました。The participants were primarily energetic high school students. They showed great enthusiasm and were able to have a fantastic training session. The practice included groundwork techniques, standing techniques, and instructional workshops, providing a comprehensive and fulfilling experience where they worked up a sweat.

何よりも驚いた事は、YouTubeチャンネル「JudoYokohama」を毎週観ているとポーランドのリーダーからは感謝の言葉を頂いた事です。
What was particularly surprising was receiving words of gratitude from the leader of the Polish group, mentioning that they have been regularly watching our YouTube channel "JudoYokohama" every week.

また、オーストリアの高校生の中には、昨年夏にも参加してくれたメンバーが一名おり、今年は友人を連れて合流してくれました。
Furthermore, among the high school students from Austria, one member who had participated last summer returned and brought a friend along to join us this year.
さらにアメリカの高校生は、先日の小見川道場で指導を受け、今回も練習に参加してくれました。
Additionally, the American high school student had received instruction at the Komigawa Dojo recently and decided to participate in this training session as well.
外国の柔道愛好家が再び参加してくれることは、私たちと一緒に練習したいと思ってくれた事。本当に嬉しいことです。
The fact that foreign judo enthusiasts chose to join us again is truly heartwarming. It shows that they enjoyed practicing with us and wanted to continue the experience.

私たちは動画配信を毎週定期的に継続してきました。動画に英語字幕を付与して海外の方々にも理解しやすい環境を作ったことが、海外の皆さんとの交流のきっかけとなったのではないかと考えています。We have been consistently delivering video content every week, and adding English subtitles to facilitate understanding for our international audience. We believe that this has been instrumental in fostering connections with people from overseas.
また、その内容も私たちは教科書のような技の入り方ではなく、実践的で技の仕組みを詳しく説明することにも工夫を凝らしています。
Moreover, we have made an effort to provide practical explanations of techniques, focusing not just on textbook-like approaches but on the detailed mechanics of the techniques.

そして何よりも、老若男女が元気に練習している様子を横浜から発信できたことが、参加者たちに親しみを持ってもらえる一因となったのではないでしょうか！
Above all, being able to showcase the energetic practice of people of all ages from Yokohama has helped participants feel a sense of familiarity and connection.
