  ベトナム初遠征 ～柔道がつないだ国境を越える絆～ My First Judo Trip to Vietnam – Bonds Beyond Borders Through Judo 柔道衣をバッグに詰め込み、私は初めてベトナムの地を訪れました。 With my judogi packed in my bag, I set foot in Vietnam for the very first time. 今回の目的は、ホーチミン市工科大学柔道部とHAJIME道場との交流です。 The purpose of this trip was to exchange knowledge and friendship with the Judo Club of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Hajime Dojo. 日本では当たり前のように道場で稽古ができますが、大学では授業終了後に屋外のバスケットボールコートへマットを敷いて練習が行われていました。 In Japan, we usually practice in dedicated dojos, but at the university, students laid mats on an outdoor basketball court after classes to create their training space. マットを敷きコートから“道場”へ 夕暮れのキャンパスで、学生たちは自らマットを運び、準備を整え、真剣に柔道へ向き合っていました。 As the sun set over the campus, the students carried the mats themselves, prepared the training area, and devoted themselves seriously to judo. その姿を見た瞬間、私は大きな感動を覚えました。 The moment I saw them, I was deeply moved. 環境は違っても、柔道を愛する気持ちは日本の柔道家たちと全く変わりません。 Although the environment was differ...

Dojo Breaking 道場破り

YouTubeの魅力は動画のため技の説明を視覚で訴える事が出来て、分かり易く情報発信できる事です。

The appeal of YouTube is that because it is video, explanations of techniques can be appealed visually, and information can be transmitted in an easy-to-understand manner.


そして元々熱い気持ちを持っている柔道家はそれを見ていると一緒にやってみたくなる。

Judo-Ka who are passionate about judo will want to try it with you when they see it.


そんな感じでJudo Yokohamaは国内そして海外の柔道家の心をくすぐってしまうのでしょうか？

Judo Yokohama tickles the hearts of judoka in Japan and abroad, doesn't it?


ゴールデンウィークの香港からの来日に続き、６月には大阪から８人の猛者達が道場破りに来てくれました。

Following the visit from Hong Kong during Golden Week, eight fierce Judo-Ka from Osaka came to break into our dojo in June.



大阪御堂筋線千里中央駅の近くにある千里体育館で毎週日曜午前中に稽古をしているメンバー。

The members practice every Sunday morning at Senri Gymnasium, located near Senri-Chuo Station on the Osaka Midosuji Line.


そうです私が単身赴任中に一緒に汗を流した柔道◯鹿たちです。

Yes, these are the judo enthusiasts I worked out with while I was working alone in Osaka.



ほんまにどんだけ柔道好きなん？と思いたくなる元気で熱いオヤジ達笑。

How much do you really love Judo? I was so happy to see them.


こんな交流が実現できたのもYouTubeで活動を発信し続けた成果なのでしょうか。

I wonder if the fact that we were able to have this kind of exchange is a result of our continued efforts to share our activities on YouTube.


当日は技の勉強会、打込み、乱取りと限られた時間でしたが本当に良い汗がかけました。

On the day, we had a limited time to study techniques, UCHIKOMI, and RANDORI, but we worked up a really good sweat.



練習終了後、みんなで横浜の夜を堪能頂いて本当に楽しい一日を過ごせました。

After practice, we all enjoyed the night in Yokohama and had a really fun day.


柔道って、やっぱり素敵ですね！

一生ものの証を目指して──七段・八段昇段祝賀会で感じた柔道の真髄　A Lifelong Badge of Honor – Reflections from the 7th and 8th Dan Promotion Ceremony

先日、神奈川県柔道連盟主催の「七段・八段昇段祝賀会」が盛大に開催されました。 This past week, the Kanagawa Judo Federation hosted a grand promotion ceremony celebrating promotions to 7th and 8th dan ranks. この会は、柔道家としての人生の節目を祝う、非常に格式高い式典です。 This prestigious event marks a major milestone in the life of a judoka. 六段までは毎年昇段の機会がありますが、七段・八段となると話は別です。 While promotions up to 6th dan occur annually, things change significantly from the 7th dan onward. 2年に一度、全国の推薦者がその実績をもとに審議され、厳正な審査を経てようやく昇段が認められます。 Promotions to these ranks are only considered every two years and are granted only after careful review of one's lifetime contributions and achievements. 競技としての実績はもちろん、 指導者・審判としての貢献、地域や柔道界への普及・発展にどれほど尽力してきたか ――それら全てが評価の対象になります。 Not only competitive results, but also contributions as a coach, referee, and efforts to promote and develop judo in the community and beyond are all taken into account. 今年、神奈川県では7名の先生方が七段にご昇段されました。 This year, seven distinguished judoka from Kanagawa were promoted to 7th dan. その姿を目の前で拝見しなが...
