第36回 日神杯 横浜市柔道選手権大会 The 36th Nisshin Cup – Yokohama Judo Championship 11月3日（月・文化の日）、神奈川県立武道館にて、 「第36回 日神杯 横浜市柔道選手権大会」が開催されました。 On November 3rd (Culture Day), the 36th Nisshin Cup Yokohama Judo Championship was held at the Kanagawa Prefectural Martial Arts Hall. 出場カテゴリーは、中学生1〜3年生、一般無段、一級、初段、弐段、三段、四段、壮年の部と多岐にわたり、 年齢や実力を合わせて競い合う、見ごたえある大会となりました。 The categories ranged from junior high school students to non-dan, 1st kyu, 1st dan, up to 4th dan, and even the senior division. Athletes of all ages and skill levels competed, making this tournament highly competitive and exciting to watch. 実力伯仲の熱戦 Intense Matches with Even Skills 一試合ごとに、勝者が最後まで分からない展開が続き、 会場は大きな歓声と拍手に包まれました。 Each match was unpredictable until the final moments, filling the venue with cheers and applause. 応援が選手の力に Support That Empowered the Athletes 家族、所属の先生、道場の師範が駆けつけ、熱い声援を送る姿は、とても印象的でした。 試合に挑む選手たちは、日頃の稽古の成果を全力で畳の上にぶつけました。 Families, teachers, and dojo masters came to support their athlete...

Lovely JUDOKA from France　フランスから来た素敵な柔道家

9月になり、暑かった夏から少しずつ過ごしやすい季節になりつつありますね。

It is now September, and the hot summer is gradually giving way to a more pleasant season.


コロナも7波のピークを超え落ち着きつつありますが、予断を許しません。

The corona has also settled down after the peak of the 7-wave season, but we cannot be 

too optimistic.


うがい、手洗いは変わらず励行していきましょう☝️

Let's continue to gargle and wash our hands as always ☝️.


2022年は春からパーソナルレッスンを受けに海外から週末の練習に顔を出してくれる

外国人の柔道家が増加中。

In 2022, the number of foreign judoka who show up for weekend practice from abroad 

to take personal lessons is increasing from spring.


香港、オーストリア、カナダと各地から横浜土曜柔道会で技を教わりたいと来館頂いて

とっても喜んでいます☝️

We are very happy to have people from Hong Kong, Austria, Canada, and many other places visiting us to learn techniques at Yokohama Saturday Judo Kai ☝️.


8月に入り、いつも練習に来ているフランス人女子から「大車を教えて欲しい‼️」と

リクエストを頂きました。

In August, we received a request from a French girl who always comes to our practice to teach us O-guruma ‼️.


これまで動画では、遠心力を使った体落や払腰としてご紹介して来た技、『大車』‼️

We have been introducing in our videos the "oaguruma" technique, which we have been showing as Tai-Otoshi using centrifugal force and Harai-Goshi ‼️.




外国から来た彼女の方から正しい技の名前で「大車」が出てきた時は正直ドキッと

しちゃいました。

I was honestly surprised when she came from a foreign country and asked me for 

the correct name of the technique, “O-Guruma”.


幼い頃からフランスで柔道を始め、今でも日本で情熱を持って柔道に取り組む

素晴らしい女子柔道家👍

She is a wonderful female JUDOKA who started judo in France at a very young age, 

and still works on judo with passion in Japan👍.


フランスは正しく技を伝え、正しく技を学んでいるんだなぁ〜と胸を打たれました。

I was so impressed by the fact that France is teaching and learning the techniques correctly.


動画ではビフォーアフターも編集しています。技量がある選手は直ぐに身体の動きを

改善して適切な技を体現出来るのですね‼️

I also edited the before and after in the video. I️ see that skilled athletes can immediately improve their body movements and embody the proper techniques.


技を学ぼうとする態度、取り組む姿勢を拝見し、私自身の「学びの扉」を開けて

頂きました🙇‍♂️

I️ saw your attitude and commitment to learning the techniques, and it opened the door to 

my own "learning" 🙇.

7月6日、私たちの道場に感動的な日が訪れました。 On July 6th, our dojo experienced an inspiring day.  スイスからは4つのクラブチーム、計16名のメンバーが、アメリカからは1名が初参加してくれたのです。 We were joined by four club teams from Switzerland, with a total of 16 members, and one participant from the United States who was joining us for the first time.  先週参加してくれたオーストリアの5名も引き続き来てくれ、合計22名の海外からの柔道愛好家が共に稽古し、汗を流しました。 Additionally, the five members from Austria who participated last week returned, bringing the total number of international judo enthusiasts training with us to 22. この大勢の若手柔道家たちに対抗するために、神奈川大学柔道部や埼玉大学柔道部、そしてそのOBメンバーにも事前に声をかけ、多くの方々が集まってくれました。 To match the energy of these young judo practitioners from abroad, we reached out to the judo teams of Kanagawa University and Saitama University, along with their alumni members, and many joined us for the training.  その結果、元気いっぱいの柔道の稽古ができました。 As a result, we were able to have a vibrant and energetic judo practice session. 2024年度が始まり、早くも4ヶ月が経過しました。 It's been four months since the start of 202...
